My experience included a well-appointed room with a comfortable bed. The hotel offers excellent cleaning service with meticulous attention to detail. Simón at the front desk provided excellent hospitality. He offered helpful recommendations for exploring the area. I found the service quite attentive throughout my stay..
I noticed that the shower temperature was sometimes inconsistent during use. More attention to this detail would improve the experience.

My room had a super comfortable bed. The staff was friendly and helpful! I also found the location quite convenient. I could walk to many attractions.
The air conditioning was not effective, even at the highest setting. The toiletries were not labeled, so I could not tell which was shampoo! My hairdryer kept cutting out. It was quite annoying.
